Hot stone: warm stones ease stiff muscles and get your circulation going.
Four hands: two therapists work on you at the same time, in one rhythm.
Prenatal: gentle bodywork for the mother-to-be that eases the aches of pregnancy.
Child: a short, gentle massage for kids.
